Welcome to the Grillz Waitlist with Trinity Barbara. If you have been sent this form it means we have already discussed working on your grill, I promised you a spot in the first wave, and I'm working through the list using this waitlist.

Things to Know/Note [PLEASE READ]:

• I am still very much so learning this skill, and I will continue to create a model for you until it fits. However, I will not sell something I am not confident in to you. I will refund your spot after so many attempts to create a functioning grill. In other words, be patient with me!

  
  

• The price on the form is subject to change, but will not cost more than an additional $15 per grill.

  
  

• I am willing to do/try basic stone settings, at an additional cost.

  
  

• This price is not reflective of future grillz, as I mentioned, this first wave will be mostly covering the materials and no labor on my part. [I'm experimenting on your teeth.]

  
  

• Please be local to metro-Detroit, so we can do as many fittings and molds as we need to before it works! Molds made in Russell Industrial Center, Detroit, MI.

• This is a slow process, as I am working on other customs and inventory constantly, so this may take 4-6 weeks, or 1-2 weeks. Please allow me the space to contact you first!

• Filling out this form and paying means you agree to the terms and conditions of this process.

• This form has 10 spots. First come, first serve, with the hope of it reopening in early July!

• 14k Gold is tricky, but doable, but there will be a much higher quote for materials. Please keep this in mind.
