To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unworn condition and accompanied by all original packaging, including the jewelry box and any certificates of authenticity.
Please note that custom-made and altered pieces are not eligible for returns. We are unable to accept returns for items that have been customized or modified to your specifications.
If you purchased your jewelry at one of our art fair events, returns are accepted only if the item is in need of repair. In such cases, please contact us for further instructions on how to proceed.
We offer exchanges within 60 days from the date of purchase.
Exchanges are accepted for pieces of equal value. If you wish to exchange your jewelry for an item of higher or lower value, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
